When I feel a bad or dark mood coming on, I isolate myself until the storm subsides. I find myself reacting differently to the same exact situation on different days. It's almost too deterministic for me. At times I feel that I should stop analyzing my moods because I strongly believe that people are ultimately responsible for their own actions and I don't want to give myself excuses for doing the wrong thing. <BR/><BR/>I don't know where I'm going with all this.
