There is just so much to do to study for the bar exam. At first, I was just reading my bar review notes until our lecturer strongly spoke to me and told me that if I don't consistently do practice essays and MBE questions, I am guaranteed to fail. So now I switched my study method from just reading and memorizing the notes to doing problems, but there is SO MUCH to do. I feel like I'll never catch up.

It sounds as if you have taken positive steps to correct it hun. You can do it!! Instead of focusing on the "big picture" and having it overwhelm you try staying focused on the task at hand. This is what you have to do right now... so this all you think about right now etc.

You can do it! I have found that the best way to study when faced with stressful things is to get an egg timer. Every forty five minutes, get up, stretch, breathe, etc, for 3 mintures. That way, you are never more than 45 minutes from a break!
